What you'll do

• Support and build relationships with current and new agents
• monitor and negotiate daily foreign exchange rates, commissions, and customer fees
• analyze competitor rates and pricing
• facilitate exchange-rate changes requested by agents
• resolve transaction issues to support customer satisfaction
• partner with field and internal sales teams
• and work to increase transactions and revenue.
