What you'll do

• Serve as an operational contact for assigned franchisees
• coach and guide owners toward operational and financial goals
• monitor performance and develop improvement strategies
• support implementation of company policies, systems, and standards
• assist new locations with onboarding, training, and readiness
• analyze performance metrics
• support tax-season planning and operations
• communicate updates and coordinate with corporate teams
• report on performance and improvement opportunities.
