Pulmonary Rehab Exercise Physiologist

Delivers and documents care for Pulmonary Rehab Phase II and Phase III outpatients. Assesses patient needs and diagnoses, plans and implements interventions, and evaluates outcomes. Directs and coordinates care based on established Pulmonary Rehab practice standards. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure efficient, effective care delivery and positive patient outcomes.
