What you'll do

• Manage multiple outside plant construction projects through their lifecycle
• develop and maintain schedules and milestones
• review contracts, scopes, plans, and specifications
• monitor production, budgets, and costs
• identify and resolve project issues
• manage changes and change-order documentation
• coordinate permitting, inspections, utility conflicts, and access
• communicate project updates to customers
• work with field leadership to resolve construction issues
• review reports, photos, redlines, and records
• monitor quality and deficiencies
• coordinate closeout and final billing
• support estimating and proposals when needed.
