Guest Service Representative

The Guest Service Representative position is onsite in Burlington, NC. Compensation is $10–$11 per hour. What you'll do

• Welcome walk-in guests and introduce bakery products
• suggest solutions and add-ons
• assist phone-in orders
• operate and balance the point-of-sale system
• collect guest email addresses
• maintain knowledge of products, prices, and promotions
• keep the retail area clean and merchandised
• complete assigned support duties for the crafting department and other departments.
