The role joins Oscar Health’s Finance team, supporting the company’s inorganic growth agenda. This senior finance and strategy leader advances growth through transactions, investments, divestitures, and partnerships. The role develops sourcing and modeling work, evaluates strategic initiatives, and partners with operators on integration so transactions can meet strategic and financial objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end corporate development execution across mergers and acquisitions, investments, divestitures, and strategic partnerships
• source targets and conduct market mapping, valuation, financial modeling, diligence, negotiation, approval preparation, closing, and integration planning
• partner with operators on integration plans, value-capture targets, post-close KPIs, and governance
• develop a thesis-driven sourcing strategy and prioritized opportunity pipeline
• lead enterprise financial and capital modeling
• evaluate strategic growth initiatives and due diligence with Corporate Strategy.
