What you'll do

• Manage litigation cases from initial investigation through resolution or trial with partner mentorship.
• Communicate with clients, manage written discovery, prepare case analyses, draft and argue motions, conduct and defend depositions, appear in court, participate in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, and assist with trial preparation, post-trial motions, and appeals.
• An active Texas Bar license in good standing is required.
