What you'll do

• Order supplies as needed
• review function sheets and restaurant requisitions
• prepare daily mise en place
• rotate, store, and handle goods to minimize waste
• assist with supervision or training of other cooks
• maintain a clean work area and follow health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• and organize outlet orders and needs.
