Compensation is $75 per hour. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst role is based at the center in Powell, OH, with two work-from-home days per month. The posting also describes a separate hybrid option with 90% remote work, in-home and community-based services, and evenings required. The center-based schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM; for the center-based role. Advanced Behavioral Therapy provides services for children with autism and their families. The analyst assesses clients, designs individualized behavior and treatment plans, and monitors progress to build functional skills and reduce maladaptive behaviors. The role also supports families and supervises Registered Behavior Technicians to promote effective, high-quality care.

What you'll do

• Design individualized behavior intervention plans
• conduct ABA assessments including VB-MAPP and AFLS
• develop treatment plans
• provide parent training and support
• oversee data collection and program integrity
• monitor progress and adjust treatment based on data
• supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians
• collaborate with clinicians and leadership
• provide monthly progress updates and case reviews to the Clinical Director.
