What you'll do

• Enforce environmental, health, and safety policies and training
• investigate safety incidents and implement corrective actions
• lead the shift toward safety, service, quality, productivity, cost, and inventory goals
• implement operational improvements
• ensure standard operating procedures, quality standards, cycle counts, and safety and housekeeping audits
• coach and review team members
• lead or participate in Enterprise Lean Sigma activities and Kaizen events.
