What you'll do

• Coordinate unit educational activities and patient education
• provide bedside education and skill validation for nursing staff
• serve as the primary orientation resource for new employees
• oversee the development and revision of unit policies and procedures based on evidence-based practice
• perform routine audits and unusual occurrence investigations
• maintain staff competency records.
