What you'll do

• Prepare coffee and other beverages, run food, pack to-go orders, and support service stations as needed
• complete opening, closing, and mid-shift tasks
• greet guests, manage lines, answer phones, take orders, and manage reservations
• maintain clean and sanitized surfaces
• restock products
• explain menu items and ingredients
• ask about allergies and communicate possible modifications to the culinary team
• use POS and online ordering systems
• address guest service issues.
