What you'll do

• Coordinate contracted maintenance, janitorial, security, pest control, and repair vendors
• supervise mechanics and field staff
• monitor cleaning and building safety
• coordinate trash collection and special cleaning
• maintain cleaning supply inventory
• coordinate maintenance and repairs
• conduct weekly site inspections
• oversee event and market setups
• maintain safety data sheets
• respond to facility emergencies and weather events.

Why this role
