What you'll do

• Greet guests
• complete check-in, registration, and check-out
• verify reservations and assign rooms
• issue room keys
• explain hotel amenities and services
• review folios and process payments
• maintain cash and financial records
• answer calls, emails, and inquiries
• assist with reservations and guest requests
• document and follow up on requests
• address concerns and escalate when needed
• coordinate with hotel departments
• maintain an organized front desk and lobby
• complete shift duties and records.
