Dual Hotel Maintenance Technician

The Dual Hotel Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Lake Forest, CA, supporting two hotel properties. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The maintenance team helps keep the hotels safe, operational, and welcoming for guests and team members. The technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs building systems and equipment, responds to maintenance requests, and coordinates with hotel leadership and vendors. The role helps both properties remain in good operating condition and meet brand standards.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine repairs
• troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical systems
• respond to maintenance requests
• track work orders
• inspect facilities for repair and safety concerns
• coordinate vendor repairs
• maintain inventories and equipment documentation
• test and document pool and spa safety
• assist with property inspections and maintenance budgets
• participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance.
