What you'll do

• Supervise client case management and progress
• coordinate and facilitate Family Group Decision Making conferences
• provide individual, family, and group counseling
• conduct intake interviews and assessments
• develop treatment plans
• maintain client records and progress notes
• prepare reports and discharge summaries
• support reporting center activities
• communicate with families, caseworkers, probation officers, therapists, and service providers.
