The attorney owns a diverse civil litigation caseload from strategy through resolution, advises clients, and handles litigation work including motions, discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. The role combines independent case responsibility with collaboration and ongoing knowledge sharing across the team.

What you'll do

• Manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from strategy through resolution
• handle business, property, employment, personal injury, and related civil disputes
• draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and other documents
• conduct and defend depositions
• participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• develop case strategy and advise clients
• work with senior attorneys and team members
• participate in training and knowledge sharing.
