What you'll do

• Unload and sort shipments and stock merchandise in designated areas
• keep back rooms and cooler/freezer areas organized
• stock shelves and face products
• count and record merchandise
• change shelf tags and price markers
• identify damaged or unsaleable products and follow damage procedures
• monitor expiration dates and rotate promotional items
• operate and maintain equipment safely
• keep work areas clean and safe
• answer customer questions and handle complaints appropriately.
