General Manager — Home Services

Job overview

What you'll do

• Own brand-level profit and loss
• oversee service, installation, repair, dispatch, scheduling, warehousing, and inventory
• lead sales growth and the leadership team
• manage budgets, forecasts, and operating plans
• monitor KPIs and unit economics
• ensure safety, quality, customer experience, and regulatory compliance
• improve workflows and operating systems
• develop talent and accountability.
