The Director of Distribution & Operations role is an onsite position located in Duluth, GA. This role exists to provide hands-on leadership for warehouse operations, ensuring high levels of productivity, safety, and service. The Director oversees warehouse managers and large teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the facility.

What you'll do

• Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety.
• Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees.
