What you'll do

• Set up and take down dining areas
• prepare meals under a dietary manager or cook
• deliver dishes and trays
• collect plates and glasses
• discard leftovers and garbage
• clean food stations and wash dishes and utensils
• stock ingredients and monitor inventory
• assist with expense tracking and menu planning
• help maintain kitchen equipment.
