What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers
• lead the sales floor and support exceptional service
• manage opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS systems
• drive sales through selling and merchandising
• support expense and budget management
• use company tools to identify performance opportunities
• monitor inventory and stock
• coach and train staff
• maintain pricing, signage, and displays
• receive vendor deliveries
• enforce policies and maintain a clean, safe store.
