Primary Care Physician

The Primary Care Physician role is onsite in Olympia, WA. Compensation is $300,000 per year. The physician joins the Nisqually Health and Wellness team to provide care to the Nisqually community. The physician delivers comprehensive primary care across the lifespan, addressing acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing prevention, patient education, and culturally responsive care. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and participation in community health initiatives support continuity of care and community wellness.

What you'll do

• Provide culturally responsive assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
• conduct routine checkups, screenings, and risk assessments
• deliver preventive care and patient education
• coordinate care with behavioral health, dental, traditional healing, and external providers
• maintain accurate EHR records
• participate in community outreach, wellness initiatives, quality improvement, and departmental reporting.

Why this role

Requires an MD or DO, accredited family medicine residency, board certification, active unrestricted Washington medical license, current unrestricted DEA registration, EHR experience, and BLS certification within 90 days of employment.
