The Manufacturing Technician I — Buffer Preparation role is onsite in Lexington, MA, Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Compensation is $27–$33 per hour. Genezen produces clinical and commercial cell and gene therapy products and supports partners developing advanced therapies. The technician performs manufacturing operations in a current Good Manufacturing Practice environment, with responsibility for process execution, in-process controls, equipment operation, and documentation. The work supports safe, compliant production of therapy products for clinical and commercial use.

What you'll do

• Execute routine and non-routine production activities
• follow cGMP requirements, SOPs, batch records, and solution preparation records
• use the ERP system
• apply aseptic processing techniques
• operate in production areas including buffer preparation
• troubleshoot within established procedures
• complete and review manufacturing documentation
• clean equipment
• support changeovers, qualification, validation, and inspection readiness
• communicate during shift handoffs.
