Machine Operator

Job overview

The Machine Operator role is onsite in De Pere, WI. Starting pay is $20–$35 per hour, depending on experience and shift. The position supports production at The AmeriLux Family of Companies. The role exists to operate and adjust production equipment so material flows consistently and finished products meet specifications and quality standards. By monitoring equipment, responding to alarms, and addressing processing issues, the operator helps maintain efficient production and timely changeovers.

What you'll do

• Manage material conveying, including big bag or bulk offloading
• monitor and troubleshoot material feeding systems
• set up, start, operate, and shut down equipment
• adjust machine controls during operation
• perform machine maintenance and adjustments to meet product specifications
• respond to alarms and resolve issues
• inspect production to ensure finished products meet standards
• address processing issues and support efficient changeovers
• follow proper waste disposal procedures.
