We are currently seeking a Computer Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 help desk support for field and office based employees. This is an in-office position, Monday-Friday. + Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues, including but not limited to office and mobile computers, phones, and peripheral devices; maintain records of transactions, problems, and remedial action taken. +
