What you'll do

• Configure, build, and support Epic HIM modules for chart completion, deficiency tracking, release of information, chart correction, and coding workflows. Analyze processes and recommend improvements
• support go-lives, upgrades, and maintenance
• troubleshoot issues and user requests
• document workflows and configurations
• ensure compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and regulatory standards
• participate in testing and quality assurance
• and train and support end users.
