Digital Support Representative, Junior

The Digital Support Representative, Junior works onsite in Colorado Springs, Colorado; compensation is $20–$23 per hour plus a 7% annual target bonus. The role supports members and internal staff using Ent’s digital channels following the January 2026 merger of Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union. The representative resolves digital product inquiries, documents and monitors defects, and participates in user acceptance testing before releases. The role helps improve member experience and digital channel use by translating technical issues into clear guidance and sharing feedback with product and development teams.

What you'll do

• Respond to member and staff inquiries about digital channels
• troubleshoot issues and document reproduction steps, impact, and defects
• monitor requests and communicate status and resolutions
• participate in user acceptance reviews before product launches
• support new features and escalated service issues
• provide feedback on enhancements
• refer sales and service initiatives through electronic channels
• and follow Bank Secrecy Act policies and procedures.

Why this role
