What you'll do

• Prepare food according to projected sales, special orders, and events
• complete recipes consistently and quickly
• follow FIFO
• maintain clean prep tables, coolers, sinks, floors, and storage areas
• follow standardized recipes and procedures
• learn menu items and ingredients
• and communicate shortages to the Kitchen Manager. The posting requires at least one year of back-of-house experience, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
