What you'll do

• Assist with daily living activities, personal hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, mobility, and transfers
• administer and document medications if trained and authorized
• support life-skill development and community involvement
• follow Individual Support Plans and Positive Behavior Support strategies
• maintain service and incident documentation
• communicate with families, guardians, and supervisors
• follow company policies, state regulations, and HCBS requirements.
