The Maintenance Supervisor II — Repair & Maintenance role is onsite in Delano, CA. Pay is $80,000–$90,000 per year and may include a discretionary bonus. The role supports Wonderful Citrus’s high-volume citrus packing operations. The supervisor coordinates maintenance personnel and programs to keep plant equipment, facility systems, buildings, grounds, and mobile equipment functional and reliable. The role also supports employee development, budget management, work scheduling, safety, and continuous improvement to sustain efficient operations.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities
• implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• oversee work backlog and scheduling
• support budgets and expense management
• coordinate with operations and engineering
• coordinate vendor support and training
• participate in hiring and onboarding
• follow up on safety outages
• ensure work meets codes and documentation requirements
• champion continuous improvement.
