What you'll do

• Maintain EHR training materials and workflow documentation
• assist with training
• document vendor release-note changes affecting operations
• recommend workflow and system improvements
• track requested changes from conception through implementation
• coordinate testing and controlled implementation with stakeholders and leadership
• collaborate with vendor support and the EHR Governance Committee
• respond to escalated help desk tickets
• troubleshoot and document application issues
• coordinate interface fixes and changes
• maintain change logs
• develop and maintain role-based security profiles.
