What you'll do

• Assist the senior estimator with assigned tasks
• prepare and develop takeoffs for new projects
• review plans and sketches for changes, errors, or omissions
• assist with quantity estimates for cost-to-complete reports
• prepare estimates for bids and proposals
• request material quotes and subcontractor estimates
• prepare subcontractor bid packages as needed
• maintain bidder lists and follow up on supplier and contractor quotes
• assist with project cost-control data and field-purchase quantity checks
• use Sage Estimating, On-Screen Takeoff, SharePoint, and Procore procedures.
