What you'll do

  • Lead and manage daily consulting team activities
  • build rapport with federal clients and partners
  • assess program strengths and weaknesses and support metrics development
  • coordinate leadership offsites and other meetings
  • advise on strategic planning and stakeholder management
  • support policy development, schedules, and milestones
  • implement process efficiencies and initiatives
  • develop presentations, white papers, templates, and standard operating procedures
  • ensure meetings follow client processes and policies.
