What you'll do

• Plan staffing and equipment schedules
• prioritize and monitor work requests
• supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance and custodial staff
• monitor budgets and work schedules
• oversee repairs to heating, cooling, electrical, television, plumbing, and telephone systems
• respond to campus emergencies
• inspect work and ensure regulatory compliance
• manage equipment and supply inventories
• oversee preventive maintenance and repairs
• coordinate vendors and contractors.
