What you'll do

• Coordinate daily caregiver schedules
• match caregivers and clients based on needs, availability, skills, and compatibility
• respond to call-offs and urgent staffing needs
• communicate with clients, families, caregivers, referral sources, and office staff
• maintain records and files
• verify availability, credentials, and compliance
• assist with onboarding and office administration
• monitor open shifts and secure coverage
• protect confidential information and follow HIPAA and applicable laws.
