Telemarketer — State Farm Agent Team Member

Job overview

The Telemarketer role is onsite in West Point, MS. Pay is $12–$16 per hour. The position supports Kevin Flurry’s State Farm agency by generating leads and promoting insurance products and services through calls. The telemarketer gathers and organizes customer information, prepares quote leads in agency systems, and supports sales staff with follow-up and lead management. The role may also assist with administrative tasks and maintaining the agency’s online and physical advertising presence.

What you'll do

• Generate leads through telemarketing, cold calls, and warm calls to existing clients
• validate lead information and gather needed details
• organize information using quote sheets
• enter information to build quotes in company systems
• prepare prospects for sales staff in lead-management systems
• maintain and schedule online presence and physical advertising
• perform other administrative tasks as directed.
