What you'll do

• Monitor scheduled visits and caregiver attendance
• respond to call-offs, emergencies, and staffing shortages
• contact available caregivers and coordinate replacement assignments
• provide direct caregiver coverage when necessary
• answer client and family calls
• communicate schedule updates to caregivers
• maintain accurate scheduling records
• track caregiver hours and potential overtime
• share updates and staffing needs with office leadership.
