The Press Machine Operator / Web Pressman I — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Saint Cloud, MN, with compensation of $18–$24 per hour. The position supports Impact Connects’ Offset Printing department and reports to the Pressroom Manager. This entry-level role assists experienced operators with web press production while developing the skills needed for greater operating responsibility. It contributes to production schedules by supporting setup, monitoring print quality, following safety procedures, and maintaining the press area.

What you'll do

• Assist with press setup, makeready, operation, changeovers, and cleanup
• load paper rolls and help thread webs
• monitor ink, water, and paper flow
• make basic adjustments as directed
• inspect printed products and review samples
• report quality or equipment concerns
• follow safety, lockout/tagout, and PPE requirements
• clean and maintain the work area
• support shift transitions and production goals.

Why this role

Second shift runs 3:30 PM–3:30 AM. Training is Mondays through Wednesdays; after training, the rotating schedule is Monday–Wednesday and Thursday–Saturday.
