End-to-End Test Manager, Finance and Regulatory Compliance

The End-to-End Test Manager, Finance and Regulatory Compliance role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Pay is $45.45–$46.96 per hour. The position provides testing leadership for a high-priority enterprise program in the Finance / Regulatory Compliance portfolio. The role establishes program-level testing strategy and governance, coordinating testing across platforms, products, engineering teams, and business stakeholders. It supports release readiness and executive visibility by managing integrated schedules, dependencies, defects, risks, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end testing across platforms, products, engineering teams, and business stakeholders
• establish testing strategy, governance, approach, milestones, entry and exit criteria, and execution framework
• maintain integrated testing schedules covering preparation, environment and data readiness, execution, defect remediation, regression, and release milestones
• coordinate readiness assessments and defect triage
• manage dependencies, risks, issues, and blockers
• maintain testing inputs to roadmaps, project plans, RAID, and executive reporting
• lead testing governance meetings and prepare dashboards, summaries, and leadership updates
• use Rally and/or Jira for reporting
• coordinate cloud-platform testing where applicable
• address Finance, Risk, Regulatory, and Compliance requirements.
