What you'll do

• Lead organizational culture and change-management initiatives
• partner with leadership to design and refine company-wide KPI and performance frameworks
• lead structured performance reviews
• develop leadership and supervisor programs
• build learning and career-development programs
• promote inclusive communication across a bilingual English-Spanish workforce
• liaise with the overseas parent company on people matters
• partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT.
