Floating Member Service Specialist

What you'll do

• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services
• meet management-set sales goals
• contact members about unaddressed needs and request referrals
• assist members in person and by phone
• process loan closings, new accounts and products, certificates, renewals, and other transactions
• balance daily work
• research and resolve member questions and complaints
• document member information
• process teller transactions
• refer members to other specialists when appropriate
• prepare the workstation and maintain supplies.

Why this role
