A/B-Level Automotive Technician

The A/B-Level Automotive Technician role is onsite in Bismarck and Mandan, ND, with pay of $35–$45 per flagged hour, plus a training guarantee. Lincoln Repair is an award-winning local auto repair shop focused on quality repairs, customer service, and community relationships. The role exists to diagnose and repair vehicles so customers receive dependable automotive care. A-level technicians handle advanced diagnostics and major repairs, while B-level technicians perform general repairs, maintenance, inspections, and related troubleshooting; both complete digital inspections and order parts for assigned work.

What you'll do

• For A-level work, diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues
• perform advanced diagnostics, major repairs, and maintenance
• complete digital vehicle inspections and order parts
• maintain workmanship and productivity. For B-level work, perform general repairs, maintenance, and inspections
• diagnose mechanical concerns and assist with electrical troubleshooting
• repair brakes, suspension, and steering
• complete digital inspections and order parts.
