Summary of Primary Functions :. Dobbs Equipment is seeking a Retail Account Manager (RAM). The RAM will be responsible for the sale, rental, and leasing of John Deere Compact Equipment. The RAM will be responsible for identifying new and dormant accounts to drive equipment sales and revenue in the compact construction equipment segment.
