Assistant Center Director

What you'll do

• Act in place of the Center Director when they are not on the premises
• maintain knowledge of early childhood best practices and state licensing requirements
• provide professional development to teaching teams and participate in semi-annual conferences
• supervise and assist classroom staff and fill in as needed
• coordinate special and community events with the Center Director
• address parent complaints, concerns, and inquiries
• assist with monthly average enrollment targets
• conduct tours for prospective families, parents, and staff.
