What you'll do

• Handle inbound phone, web, and walk-in sales opportunities
• identify customer needs, goals, and budgets
• sell wheels, tires, suspension, lift and leveling kits, accessories, repairs, maintenance, and other services
• build and present estimates
• follow up on open estimates and unsold opportunities
• convert leads into scheduled work
• communicate with customers throughout service
• coordinate with technicians and shop staff
• document jobs and customer and vehicle information
• communicate additional findings and obtain approvals
• build repeat and referral relationships.
