What you'll do

• Communicate production schedules and concerns
• ensure lines are staffed and set up with correct product, labeling, and packaging information
• coordinate changeovers
• maintain a clean and organized work area
• monitor product safety and customer specifications
• communicate raw-product quality and mechanical issues
• monitor packaging quantities and machine efficiency
• complete hourly documentation and production paperwork
• assist with new-hire orientation and training
• validate carton barcode scanning.
