What you'll do

• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners
• coordinate marketing and outreach programs
• conduct facility tours and manage admissions paperwork
• guide prospective residents and families
• lead admissions from referral to admission
• represent the facility at community meetings and events
• update the Admissions Support Team on marketing, referrals, and admissions
• make admissions recommendations to leadership
• maintain working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and applicable regulations
• review customer satisfaction feedback and collaborate on improvement plans.
