The Business Analyst II, Global Markets Loan Operations role is hybrid in Charlotte, NC, with at least three days onsite each week. Pay is $38.48 per hour. What you'll do

• Review credit agreements and lending documents for accurate deal setup
• process client requests, funding requirements, lender reallocations, and loan payments
• address client inquiries and escalations
• support client, deal, and facility onboarding
• reconcile reports and resolve aged discrepancies
• use AI and automation tools to improve workflows
• support system testing and implementations
• follow operational controls and regulatory requirements
• participate in continuity testing and audits
• identify process improvements.
