The HVAC Project Manager - Residential role is onsite in Charlotte, NC. Compensation is not specified. The project manager oversees residential HVAC project plans, resources, schedules, costs, risks, and customer relationships. The role coordinates field teams, contractors, suppliers, and project documentation to support safe, timely completion within budget and quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Assist with layouts, manpower planning, and look-ahead schedules
• develop trade-specific drawings and coordinate BIM
• attend job-site meetings
• manage project schedules, estimates, submittals, RFIs, costs, billings, and progress reports
• coordinate with operations, field management, contractors, and suppliers
• inspect work for scope, safety, code, and policy compliance
• review plans and contract documents
• oversee subcontract performance
• manage project closeout and punch lists
• and coach and mentor employees. Requires five or more years of project management experience, three or more years of supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management software, and blueprint reading.
